4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) pavi88 Account. 5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the Platform. pavi88 reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at its discretion.

5.5 Currency. All pavi88 Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Transactions made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
5.6 Funds on Account. Player funds deposited at pavi88 are held in segregated accounts separate from pavi88 operational funds. pavi88 does not pay interest on Account balances.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, time limits, and minimum deposit thresholds. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific term shall prevail.

6.4 Withdrawal Before Wagering Completion. A Member who elects to withdraw funds while an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements is applied to their Account agrees that the bonus balance and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited at the time of the withdrawal request.

9.3 pavi88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit pavi88's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by pavi88's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pavi88; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Closure by Member. You may close your pavi88 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of pending KYC requirements. Bonus Balances with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
12.2 Suspension by pavi88. pavi88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: (a) breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) suspected fraud or money laundering; (c) failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) provision of false registration information; (e) detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
12.3 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are considered inactive. pavi88 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee on inactive account balances. Members will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.
13.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pavi88's operating licence jurisdiction.
13.2 In the event of any dispute between you and pavi88, you agree to first attempt resolution through pavi88's internal complaints process by contacting customer support and providing full details of your complaint. pavi88 will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 14 business days.
